In The Beginning...

I grew up fascinated by clocks, surrounded by clocks - our home was a shrine to clocks.  Perhaps my parents were hinting that my childhood timekeeping needed some assistance...?

Like an extra member of the family (we called it Little Ben...), a large antique wall clock was, and still is, keeping exceptionally good time with it's melodic tick-tocking.  In 1975, my father saw it in pieces in a local watch-repairers shop and brusquely enquired if it was "any good?" - the proud clocksmith stood, and with finger pressed to my father's chest retorted, "Young man, when I have finished it, it will outlive you!".   From that moment, it has been cared for as if a cherished offspring.

From your first watch, to an inherited watch, to a luxury watch you have coveted and saved for - a timepiece is always a special symbol of time.  In today's high-speed world, where the act of giving your time is held most precious of all, giving the gift of a timepiece is symbolic of the high-regard you hold for someone special.

Like most busy adults, time demands in my life were many, and I wanted to make sure I spent my time doing something that would help others also, so establishing this company has enabled me to pour my passion and energy into creating these beautiful, unique & personalised pocket watch gifts, so that you may also give a special 'thank you' to someone who deserves your gift of time.

  • Delighted with the service. The watches added a lovely touch to our wedding and were widely admired. The engraved presentation boxes were a lovely gift for my best man and ushers.
